After having a big argument with DH, I decided the 1 thing that could cheer me up, was having some good ole comfort food.

I must admit, I am by far one of the greediest people that I Just about every situation, puts me in the mood to eat…..bad hair day, feeling lazy, no shopping money, good sex. All of those things put me in the mood for a good home cooked meal.

Last nights dinner consisted of a few of my favorite things: Fried Pork Chops, Corn on the Cob, Loaded hash browns, blueberry muffins and butter rum apples. For dessert, we had brownie ala mode. As usual, if there was a shortcut to fixing a part of the meal, I took it. I guess my entire family was up for some “comfort me food”. There were no leftovers. Here are just a few of the recipes.
