As much as I love the look and price of the venue we are considering, they are HORRIBLE at communicating and getting back with you.  For an off-site ceremony at the conservatory you have to deal with the director.  Cool right?  Not so much.  She continues to e-mail be back with NO information or doesn’t e-mail me back at all.  I tried to e-mail her about the date change NO RESPONSE!  I e-mailed her before the date change and asked her about different set up opinions, she said she attached pictures.  I didn’t get them.  I e-mailed her and let her know I didn’t get them.  She said she will send them again… never got them.  A few days later she e-mailed me to let me know, she was still waiting on pricing info and she hopes I enjoyed the pictures.

CHICK THERE WERE NO PICTURES!!!  That literally drove me nuts. I looked online and found some pictures, but she continued to insist that she attached pictures to send me.

I know I have lots of time left, but this time around I want to be on top of things making sure I put down deposits and secure our date, especially if we choose Memorial Day weekend.  As much as I like the site, I can not deal with this half-butt communication a couple months before the wedding.  I will give her another month or so to give me a plan, but in the meantime, I think I better start a venue search all over again.
