So today is a bitter, sweet day.  I have completed my DIY invitations and put them in the mail.  You are probably thinking,  ”Why is that so sad?”  I started working on my invitations two years ago.  I went through so many changes with them and there were so many trials and tribulations.  The finished product, however, is absolutely gorgeous!  I fell in love with my invitations.  They are like my little babies and I don’t want to part with them.  I know the post office will not handle and care for them the way I have.  I also know that the recipient will not really appreciate all the details the way I do.  Is this selfish?  Probably not, more like crazy!  I’m a little sad, but I am glad that I can check one more thing off my list!
