The weather is starting to warm up and there is nothing I like better on a warm day, than a cool drink.

One of my favorite beverages is a smoothie. Going to the local smoothie shop can be very expensive. So in order to feed my addiction daily, Ive started making my own. 

Here are a couple of my favorite low fat, tasty treats.

Introducing the Peachberry and Mangonilla Smoothies

Peachberry SmoothieMangonilla Smoothie


Peachberry Ingredients:

 4 Scoops of Low-fat no sugar added Frozen Vanilla Yogurt

1/2 cup fresh strawberries

1/2 cup fresh or canned peaches (if using fruit from the can, drain before adding to smoothie)

1/4 cup apple juice

Blend till smooth


Mangonilla Ingredients

4 scoops of Low-fat, no sugar added Frozen Yogurt

1/2 tsp Pure vanilla Extract

1 Mango peeled and chopped

1/4 cup 100% mango juice 

Blend till smooth
