Taking a new approach

This time around, I am going to take a new approach to wedding planning.  It is not that I wasn’t excited before, but this time there will be no delays.  I am claiming it.

I want to wait for a new job, but I can’t wait forever.  At some point I have to put my personal life first.  That point will be whatever our new date is — blame FI for us not having one yet, he is the one who wanted to check and see if there are any days he can’t be off.

I am trying to get a lot of my DIY projects out of the way. I want to construct my own pocketfold instead of paying for the premade ones to save money.  At this point, I can choose to make one every two days and still have them done in plenty of time to mail out!  I have purchased some sample paper from paperandmore.com so I can get a feel for what color combinations I want to use.  I should have those completed within the next couple of weeks and can be on the look out for a sale, or just ordering some of the supplies as I have extra money.

I also want to start trying to figure out how I want my programs to look.  This will come later, but since I will have the sample paper, I might as well figure out what they will look like.  Once I finish the invites, this will be my next project.  Plus I need to take advantage of the Michaels 40% off weekly coupons.  They will be tired of seeing me and my printed off or cut out coupons weekly.

I also ordered another broom so I can redo my jumping broom.  That was the first DIY project I completed, but I wanted to use my new colors.  Since I got all hot glue gun trigger happy, some of that stuff is NOT coming off without a fight and a mess, so I will just redo it and consider the first one a trial run.  That stuff should be in the mail this week.  Once I get it, off to JoAnn’s I go to find new fabric.  If I have time I may stop in and get the fabric when I am on that side of town.

Self tanning products can be used at home, or one can take professional help by going to a
salon. Booths, which have the appearance of a common telephone booth, also come in many variations.
Why bother to spend tens of thousands of dollars, after all, on something you may only need to use for a
limited time.
